Shoot Account Manager


Are you a driven individual with previous sales experience, who enjoys the countryside? Would you like to develop your skills in a dynamic tech-driven business? 


ITap Group, the company which owns GunsOnPegs, the UK’s largest shooting platform with over 130,000 members, is looking for a Shoot Account Manager to join our passionate team.


We are looking for an organised team player to help move the business towards our vision of being the most loved and respected company in our sector. We aim to maintain our position of being the UK's leading marketplace for game shooting - the go-to website for game shooting enthusiasts to fill their sporting calendar. 


The role offers a flexible working location alongside a day at our office in London, a minimum of once a week.

The key requirements for the role are:

  • Previous sales experience

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Deep knowledge of shooting

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Confident working remotely

  • Previous office experience

  • Excellent written English

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for new and existing shoots 

  • Undertake business development to bring on new shoots

  • Collaborate with our Sales Director to onboard new brand advertisers and manage existing relationships

  • Be responsible for the marketing of your accounts in eNewsletters and across social media

  • Write editorial within eNewsletters to members and shoots

  • Answer queries by email or phone from GunsOnPegs members

Required experience

The successful candidate will be required to have previous office experience, with a bachelor's degree

Salary & package

  • As the role is sales based, there is a reward structure in place for business development resulting in a competitive overall package. On target earnings of £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience.

  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays.

  • We have a hybrid working structure, predominantly from home but we are all in the office in Vauxhall, London, on a Thursday as a minimum.
